The Matadors Community Credit Union (MCCU) was formed in 1963, and took possession of this building at the corner of Reseda Boulevard and Vincennes Street in 1988. MCCU is a "not-for-profit full service financial institution, MCCU serves anyone who lives, works or worships in the San Fernando, Santa Clarita, and Simi Valleys, as well as CSUN students, faculty and staff, athletic boosters and alumni".

Question? Wasn't this building originally a realtor's office? Possibly, Fred Sands Realty?

And, of course, MFCU was originally in a bungalow on campus. I remember using them in that bungalow in the mid 1980s.
